Bushwise Safari lodge is owner run , situated in Marloth Park over looking the Crocodile river and the famous Kruger National Park. We operate in the South East of Kruger which is well known for its renowned game viewing with frequent sightings of lion and leopards.

The Lodge itself is luxurious double storey under thatch with A/C en-suite guest bedrooms. We remain small in order to give our guests personal attention.

The Upper deck and bar area overlooks Kruger National Park and the Crocodile River where one often sees a variety of wildlife drinking at the waters edge. For bird enthusiasts the opportunities are endless!

From our Safari Lodge base, we offer our guests the thrill of personalized safari excursions into Kruger in our open safari vehicle to seek out the Big Five and experience all the wonders of this unique eco-system.

The South Eastern part of Kruger where we operate is well known for its superb game viewing, with frequent sightings of lion and leopard.

We offer a variety of safari activities as well as excursions to suit every taste, timetable, and pocket - from walks in the Kruger Park with an experienced guide, half day safaris, night safaris, bird watching walks and tiger fishing on the Komati River, to excursions to places of interest in the area as well as the neighbouring states of Mozambique and Swaziland.

Our option of an all-inclusive rate brings the luxuries of the Bushwise Safari Lodge as well as all the safaris and excursions within the reach of everybody.

Virtually every night you hear the roar of lions, calls of hyena and the grunting of hippo from Kruger National Park.

Self-drive clients (1):
Rates are broken down as follows per person per day:
Dinner, Bed and Breakfast R650.00 with a single supplement of R180.00 (excludes beverages and alcohol).
Activities may include any, or many of the following depending on client?s requests and arranged itinerary:
Full day drive into Kruger National Park in an open safari vehicle including a breakfast cooked by your guide at a lovely observation point over looking the river (R 550.00).
Morning walk into Kruger with Kruger Guide (R 300.00).
Half day drive into Kruger in open safari vehicle. (R 350.00).
Night drive into Kruger with Kruger Guide (R 250.00).
Day trip to Maputo, Mocambique (border and VISA fees are your expense).
Tiger fishing on the Komati River (R 300.00).
Bird watching walks (R 200.00).
Visit to the African Cultural Village near the Swaziland border (R 300.00)
Visit to one of South Africa?s earliest commercial Gold Mines in the bush area of Barbeton (R 350.00)

**Well-trained registered bush guides conduct all safari activities.

All Inclusive (1):
Our all-inclusive rates, R1650.00 per person per day including full board and accommodation, meals, all activities mentioned above and transfers to and from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA).

The Lodge:
Entire Lodge for private use (6 - 10 persons) (prices on request)
Dinner, Bed and Breakfast per day (excludes beverages and alcohol).

Option 1

ALL-INCUSIVE DAILY RATE

R2035 per person sharing per day. A single supplement of R200 per person per night applies.

Please note that the same package is available during the June/July Soccer World Cup, but at a rate of R3000 per person per night sharing. A single supplement of R950 per person per night applies.

Includes:

• Accommodation at Bushwise Safari lodge
• 3-course dinner and breakfast. (a light lunch can be provided at an addtional cost)
• Return transfer to Nelspruit (KMIA) airport

It may also include any, or all of these activities, depending on our guests preference and/or itinerary

• Full day tour on the Panorama Route of the Blyde River Canyon area (Additional R300 per person)
• Transport to the Soccer World Cup Stadium in Nelspruit - about 120 km from the lodge

• A Light lunch can be provided at an additional cost
