The lodge is situated in Hazyview with convenient access to the Kruger National Park. It is surrounded by thick bush and a hillock, giving a cloudy view of the adjacent village. Each room has an en-suite bathroom. Breakfast is served in the fully equiped kitchen or self-catering. There is a lapa with a fireplace.

Mthunzi Lodge, Tours and Safaris has been in existence since 2002 with the aim to become “the reservoir of the African soul.” The company started with one site now called Mthunzi Lodge 1 and was officially opened by the honourable M.E.C of Mpumalanga on the 18th of October 2003. We are proud to announce that over the past 3 years we have grown to 5 Mthunzi Lodge’s sites, and they are all within the vicinity of Hazeyview.

Mthunzi Lodges’ main reception is situated in Hazyview in Mpumalanga Province, South Africa and is found on the R40 Road to the Kruger gate, (Kruger National Park). It is surrounded by a thick bush and a hillock, giving a cloudy view of the adjacent village. It is near some of the best exotic tourist destinations in Mpumalanga, including Kruger National Park.

We still preserve the same vision and we will continue offering best services to our clients. We offer accomodation (bed and breakfast) to our guests where visitors can enjoy luxury and experience an African adventure at reasonable rates. We also offer tours and safaris where visitors get the opportunities to travel the neighbouring tourism places in Mpumalanga at reasonable rates.

The company has hosted small & large (upto 500 delegates) government summits and conferences in the past months and years. We have the facilities and capability to host any event, and to server and accomodate visitors.

 Visitors on holidays or conference may be accommodated at our lodges and guest houses with cosy standards and executive suites comprising of luxurious bedrooms. Most of our bedrooms have air-conditioner, en-suite bathroom, TV with DSTV, and include breakfast.

Our activities include touring attracting places of your interest around Mpumalanga, these include Drie Rondavels, Kruger National Park, Induna Cultural Adventure, Sudwala Caves, Echo Caves, God's Window, to name a few.
