Location: South Africa » Mpumalanga » Kruger National Park » Kruger National ParkRhino Post Camp - Rhino Walking SafarisRhino Post Safari Lodge DescriptionThe nature of a wilderness area is that there are no permanent structures, so Rhino Post Camp was built using natural materials of stone, wood, thatch and canvas to create an authentic bush ambience. Each luxury suite is exquisitely decorated and includes bedroom and lounge with impressive views of the riverbed from the bathroom, outdoor shower and decked patio.
Following a walking safari or game drive, guests can relax in the revitalising swimming pool, take in the views from the shaded patio and watch the abundant wildlife amble down to the waterhole. Sumptuous meals are served in the camp's dining area, which is set under magnificent Tamboti trees. The lounge, with its extensive wine cellar, cosy fireplace and bar, is the perfect spot for a sundowner. For something special, spoil yourself with a little pampering in the rejuvenation centre.
In the spirit of wilderness areas worldwide, Rhino Post Camp has been specially designed and built to have minimal impact on the environment. Few permanent structures were used in the construction of this magnificent camp. Low energy lighting, solar assisted power production, natural materials, raised walkways and bedrooms are but some of the low impact measures we have taken.
